Growing up in small town Iowa, Nathan learned early on the value of hard work.  Applying that work ethic to his passion for law, Nathan worked to put himself through school, completing an undergraduate degree in early American history and graduating with honors from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. 

After graduation, Nathan developed a diverse transactional practice, working both in an AM Law 100 firm as well as in-house at a multi-national, publicly traded corporation. Nathan applies his work ethic and passion for problem solving to help clients of all sizes (from locally owned small business to Fortune 500 companies) complete transactions of all sizes (from day-to-day procurement matters to transformational acquisitions).
